Relevant Experience: Waddie began her career in the social services field 17 years ago working as a Personal Case Attendant (PCA) with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities especially Autism. She then began working as a Behavioral Therapist and a Supervising Behavioral Therapist for 8 years. She later began working at a day program for adults with special needs in 2013 and worked for 2 years as a Direct Care staff. She is currently working on her MA MFT at St. Mary’s University. She is projected to graduate in October 2018. Her special interests are dealing with trauma survivors and individuals of various cultures. Waddie joined the Ain Dah Yung Center team in 2016 as the Ramsey County Children’s Mental Health Case Manager.
