Education: MA, LMFT, Minnesota School of Professional Psychology – Argosy University. BA in Psychology and Minor in Anthropology at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
Relevant Experience: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Began her experience in family therapy as an intern working with families of runaway youth at a local homeless youth shelter. Previously worked three years in-home as a Personal Care Attendent (PCA) working with a child with special needs. During this time she focused on developmental needs and gained experience in an Early Childhood Special Education Classroom. Angela joined the Ain Dah Yung Center team in 2008 as the Ramsey County Children’s Mental Health Case Manager, and from there became the Director of Children and Family Services.
